I'm not sure if you are having the same issue I was having, because your post isn't clear about your exact problem, but if you are having trouble getting your address to be accepted into the Public Mobile profile, then it might be similar to my previous issue. It wouldn't accept my new address no matter what I tried.
In the end I had to send a private message to the customer support agent CS_Agent in the community here and after a few back and forth messages, it was finally changed. 😊

What are you trying to do? More information please.
Did you download the Public Mobile app? If so, try to Uninstall and try again.
