Public mobile does not have a live person to communicate with. You can message a moderator and the wait times are reasonable these days.
Click on the question mark on the right lower corner of website to start ticketing process to contact moderator. Type: Contact moderator. Follow the prompts to submit ticket.
To cancel your account, just remove autopay and let your account go into suspension. Once suspended more than 90 days, plan is closed and phone number will be lost.
