I just went into public mobile website and tried to set up my new credit card because my payment was due today and account was not active. after typing in all my information,the window kept loading so I closed the window. when I logged back in, I had available fund of $110 for some reason and my account was back to active. However I still do not have any call service or data service.
Can anyone help me?

@big915, try rebooting your phone. If your account is in active status and rebooting the phone doesn't resolve the no service problem, please have the moderator team look into what else could be wrong.
