problem for me is that it hangs up before i get to my greeting. i am out of country for 6 weeks, 1st week, no problem to get my greeting and access voice messages but now it rings 3 or4 times then hangs up.
Yes. Call your number somehow and when your greeting starts press the * key and then you'll need your voicemail password. That can be reset in your account or using the chatbot.
