Please DO NOT post any personal info on this forum. To change plans, log in and click on MY PLAN. From there, click on CHANGE PLAN and select 50.00 plan. Best to click on CHANGE PLAN ON NEXT RENEWAL or you will lose remaining days on your current plan. PM is a prepaid carrier.

Best to remove your personal info like your email address and phone or account numbers. It won't help on this forum and it makes it discoverable and available to the general public.
To remove your personal information, find your original post. Click on the three dots in the top right corner and choose "Edit Reply." From there just delete the information or use X's or # signs to show where it would have been.

You need to remove your phone number by clicking on the 3 dots top right of your post and selecting edit as you are on a public forum.
If you have activated your account, then simply log into your self serve account and select 'change plan' under 'My Plan' and follow the prompts to select that plan you want. Make sure first to choose 'change at next renewal' so that you don't lose whatever you have left on your current plan as well as funding new plan immediately. PM doesn't pro-rate as every plan is prepaid.
