it say my phone is activate but i still does not have a service Show SOS

Everyone in this community is just customer like you.  With your issue, it sound like a system problem and you need to reply the agent and ask them to escalate.  They are the one that can help and fix the problem

I ALREADY DID EVERYTHING CHANGE  A PHONE AND TALK TO CS AGENT BUT SHE DOES NOT ANSWERS SHE FOUND THE PROBLEM FIRST AT THE BACKEND SIDE LIKE SHE SAID, BUT NOW MY PROBLEM IS STILL THERE I PAY FOR THE SERVICE BUT I STILL DOES NOT HAVE ANYSERVICE

try reboot phone and try sim in another phone

Or you might need to ask PM to re-provision the account or sim
