I wanted to buy sim card online. Then I got that ZIP code does not match billing address. I tried many times. When I looked my bank acount, money Withdrawn from my account twice. How can I cancel one of them?

@Bahar   You could always keep one SIM card as a spare for future referrals for family or friends, especially since they are being offered for half price currently.

 

I'm not sure if PM will refund you but you can submit a ticket via SIMon here: https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat/

 

Type in your issue and select contact us/moderators, then submit ticket when these options appear and follow the rest of the prompts to finish.
