How much $$ are we talking about? What plan were you trying to get? If there were several charges in error a CSA can get you a refund, but depending on your situation it may be easier to just get it put into your available balance, that way you have it for renewals or add ons, so you could potentially have your phone running until October before your card gets charged again.

@Stassym do you want to make an immediate plan change or a plan change on the next renewal date?
Usually if you click Change Plan now , PM will charge you immediately and the new plan will start now. You might have click it multiple times and hence PM charged you 3 times. You can first check if PM already changed the plan for you. Logoff from My Account and re-logon, the new plan should show in Plan details now
For the overcharged amount, as long as them are not showing in Available Fund, I think PM really charged you and used to change plan multiple times. But no worry, PM should be able to refund it for you. Just open ticket with them:
1. If you have access to My account: At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply you there
