Wrong email got set up with my sim card

The wrong email was set up with my sim card, and I am not recieving text messages or phone calls. How do I fix this?

Well the guy at walmart set it up for me yesterday. I ported my number over from virgin mobile. No, I cannot send or receive text messages or phone calls. I'm not exactly sure what didn't work, but when he set up my account, I did not receive an email from public mobile. I think my phone number is somehow not linked to my sim card, because when I try to sign in to Public Mobile and it doesn't let me, I hit forgot password, and then asked for my phone number, then says the number is not linked with Public Mobile.
I think the account didn't get completed, because I didn't verify my email account (because it is wrong). So if I can change my email that's connected to my sim card, so I can get into my account and complete setting up my account.

As @Anonymous said, the email on your account would not impact receiving phone calls or texts!

These are the symptoms of incomplete port and as @will13am suggested above you have to contact Moderator_Team.

Make sure that your Self-Serve account email is the same as Community account email, so that Community Rewards earned applied correctly to your account.

@sammicee92, I don't quite understand... The email on your account would not impact receiving phone calls or texts.  When/how did you sign up?  Did you port (transfer) a phone number from another company?  Can you send texts/make calls?

The symptoms seem to suggest incomplete port.  Same as for changing email, you will need to contact the moderator team.  The moderator team can be reached via private message using this link.  Refer to the following knowledge base link for information on contacting the moderator team.
