I signed my two kids up for service a few hours ago at one of your locations. When the guy entered the info for the one account he entered the email address wrong by 1 letter.
the second character of the email address is an H and it should be an A.
He said to come on the forums and a moderator should be able to fix this.

For email address change, the only way to do is with help of Mod, Please open a ticket with mod,
1. click on the Bubble or directly at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot
2. type: I forgot my Self Serve user name
Click "Contact Us"
Click "Click her to submit a ticket"
you will then got to another page to open ticket.
There, you will be prompted to enter COMUNNITY Login (NOT My Account/Self-Serve) to validate your identity,
After you opened the ticket, monitor the Community Inbox here (Envelope on top right of the page). Mod will communicate with you there.
