I have activated my sim card through a shop, but then they have entered the wrong email address, how could I change it ?

You can change your email associated with your Public mobile account if you reach out to the moderators and submit a ticket. Simply login to the community and talk to the chat bot and request to submit a ticket after this will bring you to a page where you can choose that option and I’ll get back to you within 48 hours of your message office information helps.

Can you log in to selfservice account?
You can change your contact info there, or you can MOD to modify your contact inf.
