I ordered a public mobile sim but you sent me a Koodo sim. I can't activate it. I change my mind in switching to public mobile because of all the complaints from your existing users. I just want a refund from the sim I paid and the 1 month subscription.

The 2 business days only refers to the amount of time before the SIM card is shipped.

New sim is taking so long compared to the first wrong one. The first only took 3 business days. The new one is taking more than 10 business days.
