Wrong Plan

I just joined Public Mobile and subscripted the following plan during the March 4th promotion: 50 GB within Canada and US Data at 5G Speed, with Canada and US-wide minutes and messaging. However, after I received the SIM card and started activation, I found the plan in my account had been changed to Canada-only data and minutes. How could I fix this problem? Thank you.

I think it is the correct plan with Canada-US data but the plan details just missed the word.  someone brought that up. 

But don't assume, have support agent to confirm.  please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html  Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".
