Would changing PM Mobile number delete the account balance and/or re-set the paid month cycle?

This is the type of question that is easily handled by other members and has already been correctly answered. In times of a very small queue, I understand that Public Mobile wants to encourage customers to feel free to contact you, but during busy times, many members contacting moderators unecessarily will cause issues.

@BEER You account balance is linked to your account but not to your phone number. You can change numbers every 30 days and balance will not disappear. Same with addons - if you change plan, addons will remain as they are not linked to your plan but to your account.

No, everything will be the same as it is except for your phone number.

Not at all @BEER the only thing it will change is your phone number. Good question though!
Your account will stay the same.
edit: also you can only change your number once every 30 days. Just a heads up 🙂
