How long does it typically take an Admin or whatever to contact a service request? Who thought this whole community platform / needing an alternate chat etc was better than just email correspondence? Seriously weird, just need to finish this month as I cannot imagine transferring a phone again

Yes it's pathetic. I wish I could speak to a goddamn human being to help me. So frustrating and a terrible first impression.
