I just activated my account and besides my payment , I got charged 10 cents twice. Anyone know why?

I did respond. I went in to check payment history but nothing shows. Yet it shows on my bank statement. MYbe it’s a bank issue?

This could very well be a temporary pending charge that doesn't get finalized. Sometimes, very small amounts are processed to check the validity of the card.
