Will PM bring back the $10 refer a friend?

I understand that PM $10 refer a friend program had ended on May 10, 2018.

Will PM runs the above $10 referral program again, personally, I think it should be an on-going referral program to attract more new customers.

This is only for talk and text plans.  The audience is limited.  I think the answer is maybe.  I also think the customers have a say by showing interest.  It behooves the service  provider to take notice of what might interest the customer.
