Current time is Saturday night @ 23:43 in Toronto, extremely slow LTE. Omg….what is going on?
Until this morning, back to normal, 5G at 250, LTE is fast enough
on 5G, rebooted. Still doesn’t work, at Scarborough area, M1T.

try selecting 4G/LTE instead of 5G...see if that speeds things up for now.
do you have a 5G phone and usually connecting to 5G?
are you inside a home or condo now?
Could be just a local network issue. But try Reboot your phone and see if the speed improves
