Why has the amount of my rewards changed for the last two months.

Wondering why my rewards changed they’ve been +1.75 since the rewards system changed a nothing is any different other then the last two months it’s only +.70

Were any points redeemed for credits?  The redeemed credits don't count as part of the spending amount used to calculate new points.  Also, the percentage is now only 2% instead of the previous 5%.
