Trying to change the sim card since I lost the old one yet ehwn I go on "plans and add ons" it just displays an error message. Help

Try different browser. Try incognito mode. Clean cache, cookies.
I get the similar malfunction using old Firefox trying to access PM site since last week 😞 so have to use Chrome or Edge.

@damk Unfortunately, PM website seems to be prone to glitches on a regular basis lately.
Just wait an hour or so and make sure to clear browser cache/cookies using privacy/incognito mode or even another browser before retrying.
