Why does my plane changed ?

Hey there 

I subscribed to you guys with 50$ plan that comes with 250GB which is gonna renew this month . Now I'm seeing 150GB when I go to next billing date so why is there a change from 250GB to 150GB . This isn't how it should be . I would like it switch back to me 250GB if it's something that you can't fix it then I will just cancel my subscription before renewal. You have only I would 12 days to fix it or you are gonna lose a customer ..

because my friend also on that plan and confirmed by PM

please submit a ticket and report the issue.  More reports would help them to correct the description sooner

the plan was not changed, just the description was wrong.  Someone reported the same problem on the Community.  

But if you can ask PM agent to clarify, and make sure they fix the description.  

 submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:
