Why do they raise prices?

I’ve been on a plan that gives me 3 GB per month for $20, which is a great deal, but in the last 2 weeks I received a text that they’re raising the cost of my plan by $4! I’m confused why they would do that

like everything else, we must shop around to get the best deals. If you find a better plan with a different provider...well...you have a decision to make.

that is just business.   Like your home internet, home phone or TV bills, the price you having now is not fixed and not permanent.  All mobile carriers are allow to raise price with a 30 days notice.   This is not actually not unusual.  If you check around, mobile carriers raise price with selected plans all the time
