Dear All,
I just transfer from Telus to Pulbic Mobile. It looks like there are no $25 for me and refrals. My husband is my refrals and the old account in Telus was his name because that is the corporate plan. After transfter, the account name is mine. Any idea for this?

You should get your $25 referral credit within 72 hours. I got my credit overnight.
If you activate your account online, you will get $25 referral credit.
If you activate your account at store, you will get $10 referral credit.

The referral bonus will show up within 3 days. Usually, at least. 🙂

@xiaotangbao, not sure I understand your situation. If you transferred from Telus to Public Mobile, but your husband is still on Telus, that would not be a valid referral. Could you please explain with some more details: When you signed up, where you did the account activation, what plan you are now on, etc. That should help clarify things.
