When I sign in I get a weird telus page. I am 99% sure I used correct userid and password. It's just a new computer.
When I try to reset password I get the following error.
There was an error resetting your password. Please try again later.

The actually message I get is the following {"message":"Unauthorized"}
I do not have my account # since I can't access the publlicMobile Page. I can't even reset my password. My phone number is xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx and my email address is xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

This is the screen shot when I logged in using firefox private mode. I also deleted all my cookies.

@yoonix Working fine for me. Try using incognito/private browsing mode. If you still un into the same issue, please include a screenshot here. Make sure to hide any personal info.

normal website,
use browser from computer,and clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,
or safari on private modeTo Login Page or Login Page Rewards
you will get verification code by email or SMS
and inserting the 6 digit number and not press anything
just wait a 5 second automatically be login,,
for Reset Password
