I recently switched to PM back in September, opting to go for a 90 day plan that is $150 for 6GB of LTE, unlimited provincial calling, and unlimited text. When playing around with the plan builder I came across the same options for $15 less. Is there is a difference that I'm not noticing?

I don't get your statement... The point I tried to make here is that some prices have actually come down when the latest price adjustments went live on September 20/2017. Among them the one the OP had signed up for.
@Someone_here has put together an exellent chart on PM's price development in 2017 in that thread.

Great catch. All the prices have gone up since.

Good catch @wetcoaster, there was a price reduction. I recall around that time there was a bit of discussion of why Public Mobile would not automatically reduce the pricing for existing customers that have the exact features of the plan packages that received a price drop. I think it came down to how grandfathering works. If change was automated, then it would apply equally for ups and downs. Nobody wants to see the price increase.

Thanks @wetcoaster and @imm1304 . I wasn't aware of the decreases in price, in telecomms seeing a decrease in pricing is pretty rare so I assumed that the prices were different due to a different level of service that wasn't shown. I just wanted to make sure that before I jumped at the chance to save money that I wasn't going to give myself a headached down the line. Thanks guys!

Looks like you signed up just before the most recent price adjustments (as of September 22/2017).
To take advantage of the better price, you can future date your plan change so that it comes into effect on your next renewal - that way you don't loose any money or data.

Hi @Darth_Alpine!
Looks like you stand to save $15 on your plan. Jump on it! Future-date your a plan change request to happen on next renewal date.
EDIT: misread the image at first. Sorry about that. This must be the recently decreased prices on almost all plans.
You must be currently on Canadawide calling as opposed to the Provincewide calling included in your attached image. The price difference is $15 per 90 days for the Canadawide vs provinciewide calling.

@Darth_Alpine, I don't see a difference, in what you currently have and what you are picking but the $15 difference. I know their plan page sometimes acts weird and not very consistent. I would message a mod and ask them about this.
