Hello, I joined at the end of 2024 and was expecting 5 Public Points as a welcome bonus as per the blurb.
So far these points haven’t been given to me

@eddieO Sorry can’t find it on the app or online. But I definitely read it today. It was a chart of how to earn points. CS didn’t question me where I saw it so assume all is good with the offer still.

@Tim-D, where did you see the message about the 5 welcome points? I'm interested to know as I helped my father signup end of December and he did not receive any welcome points either, I just assumed they were no longer doing it for new customers

did you login My rewards site and confirm with the transaction history there?
we are just customers like you, so, this is an issue you need to work with PM to have them to add it back
Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
