I just signed up my new phone on the website and registered with no problem without using the APP. I am trying to setup my g/f's new phone and the site will not accept my payment. The card is good. Chat is of no use they keep telling me it is impossible to setup an account without the APP but that is not true. Help?

Message to both of you. Thank you for your replies. I reset the wifi settings in one phone the nearby showed up and when I went to reset the wifi in other phone, the networks were already showing. Will continue with registrations and see how it goes.

For some reason my new phones will not connect to the wireless network in my router nor will it even show any wireless networks nearby. I cannot d/l the APP, never mind installing with it.

Thank you for answering. I haven't activated the account but I have set it up and ordered a SIM. The site allowed me to pay for the first month and the $10 Sim card. When I tried the same for my g/f's account it will not accept my credit card. I am messaging your from the account I set up and paid for.

It has been awhile that you can activate an account/SIM (approximately 4 years ago)…Not anymore.

You need the app to complete the activation, why not start the whole activation from the app?
If you really want to start the activation using the site (but you still need the app after) ,try using browser with incognito mode or try using a different brand of browser
