Webpage says 4G+2G bonus data on 3G network for $50 but I wasn't able to select it?

Hello. I just registered with Public Mobile and the largest data plan it let me select was 2G on LTE for $45. On the Public mobile webpage the largest pre made plan was $50 for 4G+2G bonus on 3G network. How come I wasn't able select that plan? How do I get that plan?

When I go to plan builder I can put the plan together for $52 which is correct with autpay reward it is $50.  In the pre made plan it  says autopay reward included that is why it shows $50

@Raypro, you are the second person I have seen that has had this issue.  You will need to private message the mods and see if they can fix this for you.  Unfortunately they are gone for the day but will be back tomorrow.

@Raypro You can go to Build Your own plan and select the plan manually. This plan is also one of the choice in the ready made plan. https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/plans/50for6GB-3Gspeed

 

If you already activated with another plan, you will need to send a private message to the Moderator_Team with your account info so they can make changes to your plan.
