@Martinjenner  Check you funds if the second payment has been added to your account funds then do nothing as those funds will be used automatically during your next renewal.

 

If not, check your payment history via selfserve to verify the double payment and inform PM by submitting a ticket.

Charged twice for an add-on?

 

If you log into your account is the second charge in your available funds balance? If so probably best to keep it in there to pay your next 30 day plan as a refund could take several weeks.
