No issues purchasing a SIM from Walmart Moncton Trinity location. But he had to setup my online account and plan. The seller was surprised I knew so much about PM. He was quick and great to deal with .No issues and recommend this location. I was setup and done in minutes. Ordered a Xioami MiA1 on Amazon and love it on PM. My mobile world has changed. Now I keep trying to convince others to change. Tks PM

Just remember, as a customer, PM has told us all, we do not need to activate the card on site. It is still your choice to opt for self-activation, especially if it's just a replacement SIM.

Seems like the common practice now - to have to activate your SIM card in store with Walmart, as they get commission for helping you activating the SIM card and not for selling you the SIM card.

@alanbrenan, @MoreYummy Walmart does not charge for SIM activation, at least in Ontario they don't!

You weren't charged for the setup of your phone, were you?
