Can someone respond please. My account was deactivated and I couldn't change to the 38 4gb plan. Been waiting for a response far to long. Good thing I didn't port my number as I would have been without service for a week.

I sent a pm a couple weeks ago about a failed activation. I really need the phone for work and 2 weeks with no service is getting a bit out of hand for me... please help!

I have posted multiple requests about not being able to update my plan to the promotional fall special and still responses. We are busy black blah blah. I need someone to help correct my account and change to the fall promotion on auto renew 90 day Canada wide unlimited text 12 GB. Please help address this and if I can actuality get in response it will be honoured port my number from Wind........I have spoken via email aw IL to multiple mods and it appears none of them actually read my emails with an appropriate response.

I already have a SIM I used all summer and let it go to deactivated until I could get a better plan. my account was stuck in deactivated status and the plan wouldn't stick when I tried to switch......... You can see my account if you look into it. Just want to know how big the line up is add I want to also port my number away from freedom mobile but not until I am guaranteed the plan.

PM has had a back log of issues when that Promo was launched, and they're just trying to now process those, in the order that they received, BUT rest assured they haven't forgotten about you, the Promo will be honoured if U have the Sim order #
