Hello,
I've sent two messages already and waiting since Nov 3. My text messages and data are associated with my old Rogers number and voice is with a new number because I needed to make calls. Please help or advise how I can get a refund. Thank you.

Nothing has changed. I don't have my old Rogers number and now still with rogers and paying for two services. Can you refund me or something

It's obvious your port is stuck in limbo. With so many messages pilled on top of your Nov 3rd messages, I'd advise sending a message again. I don't think there's anything the community can do, so yeah, a moderator is going to have to push through your port.

 

@Mary_M any chance of helping this customer today?
