Hi there,
inhave added 3 separate vouchers for my plan to reload and although they are being bud taken from they aren’t recognized who thin my plan. I have spent way to much money on this and I still can not make a call. Even with a credit to my account I can not send or receive calls or text messages

@Jakeg Login using incognito mode in case you're still seeing a cached version of your account.

@Jakeg sometimes it need take up to 48hrs to verify the vouchers.

@Jakeg , where did you purchase these vouchers? Some vouchers are known to have a lag time before they work.
