@Izzyjohnston Sounds like the funds were added to your account. Just dial 611 and if the funds are reported as part of your balance all is good.

@Izzyjohnston recently when I added two vouchers through the one time payment option in my self service account.
I received almost immediate confirmation by text message via 611. Please check to see if you got one. Thanks. Also make sure that you are entering the correct numbers. Its usually a 12 digit number on your receipt.
If this fails, you can take a snapshot of the voucher and contct the moderators and ask them to add it and to apply payment and reactivate your service if necessary. There are 2 ways to contact the Moderator Team:
Once connected to Simon, you will be asked to log in again with your community user name and password. Please do, this allows you to continue and send your message.
- Check your private message sent box (click on the envelope top right of your screen) to make sure the message was sent.
- Keep an eye on the envelope top right of your screen. The mods answer will show up there. When it does, you will be asked to verify your self service account, with your password and login. Doing so allows the process to continue. Stay safe.

Where did you buy your voucher? How long ago? Are you entering it online? Call 611 and see what it tells you.....
