Voucher

I purchased a phone voucher , and I did accidentally put the wrong pin in when I called 611 . When I put the correct pin in, it still would not accept .  I attempted to go into my account and add the voucher that way . Unfortunately I can't figure it out , at one point it looked like the 40$ voucher was added but then disappeared . 

How can I get this to work ?

putting in the wrong pin would not affect your current one

the issue with your own voucher was not cased by the wrong pin you entered earlier, but likely due to the fact that you have to wait 24 hours before you can use the voucher.  Where you got the pin from and when? Vouchers from some stores has a 24 hours wait time before it can be loaded.  If it has not been a full day yet, please wait and try again
