Hi there, I received an email offered $5 off in a voucher code to reactivate my account. I could not find where I could enter the code. I tried to make payment, but $5 does not get applied. The payment amount I made is the full amount, not discounted yet. How do I apply the voucher code? Thank you.

@leong19You need to go to the grey Payment tab in the top left corner of your main account page, click that then click One Time Payment. Select voucher as the payment method and enter in the 12 digit numeric code from your voucher receipt.
Or call 611 to use the voucher that way.
