I have been trying to activate my 12 digit voucher code but it keeps sayaying it cannot be entered when attenpting to make the payment. Please provide immediate help. Thank You

@TLeClair how long was the voucher? you should have opened ticket with PM CS Agent
Voucher has no expiry date, I don't think it is too late, open a ticket with them and see what they say:
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:
start by Typing: cannot process payment
next Click "Payment Voucher"
then click "contact Us"
and then click "Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):

I'm sorry you're having this problem, this happened to me more than once when purchasing vouchers at Shoppers Drug Mart, and sadly, there's not refunds on these vouchers. I still have one sitting on my desk worth $40 that I can't use cause it says it's invalid. Very frustrating especially considering that there's virtually no way to contact someone at Customer Support at Public Mobile.
Anyways, I'm now on autopay again, and a much happier camper.

@jeanrober344 - if you are a current customer (active status within 90 days), and still having issues after others suggestions, see if CSA can add it for you.

has your account been suspended more then 90 days,if so your account is closed permanently

Where did you get that voucher ? Shell Gas station or Walmart has vouchers that are activated right away.

Try dialing 611 to enter that code.
Some vouchers aren't "activated" until 24 hours after they're sold.
