My data drops from LTE to 4G when I make calls and leaves me with like no internet during and after the call. My setting has no enable volte option but telus site says my phone is compatible.
Someone please enable it on my device or tell me how

Then a last check is to make a call and then see if that line changes to UMTS. It looks like you do not have volte enabled for the device.
The Samsung Note 10 is not on the list that Public shows. But then nor is one of my Samsungs that does have volte. Volte has been severely limited around here. My other phone can do volte from another provider but this place refuses to enable it.

Drops to 4g. Not 3g. And the data is trickling in. Like 0.0003mbps

No mention of IMS. Mobile voice network type says LTE though.

Because some phones let a dial code work to find information. Others don't. Samsung often don't. So..
Can you go to settings, about phone, status information, sim card status and look for any mention of IMS and if it says registered?

Speaking of usernames .....
What is the make and model of your phone? If iphone then turn off wifi and then make a call. What do you get for the symbol up top.
