I've set up my phone but I'm not able to receive calls...they go to my Rogers voicemail. I've set up my Public voicemail as well but still can't receive calls.

As suggested above, wait for the text message informing you of a successful port.
If you are still having issues tomorrow, send a message to a MOD

Seems like porting issue. Wait couple of hours and try rebooting your phone. If services stop working with your rogers sim, then your porting has been processed. If you mistakenly provided wrong info, it might get stuck and you will have to get in touch with mod to get it solved.

IM guessing you ported your number over? if so did you receive a text saying the port was done?
