I am supposed to receive a temporary pin for my voice mail but it does not appears in by messages

I did everything you said and the message on the phone asks me about a temporary password. I don't have this temporary password

you need to setup the voicemail yourself rather than get the PIn from anyone.  Go to My Account, then Profile, and click the pencil to the right of the voicemail password, and follow the prompt. 

Basically steps are:

1.  Click the button below. By clicking the button, you confirm that you want to reset your voicemail password.

Initiate Voicemail Password Reset

2.  Once you have successfully initiated your Voicemail password reset, dial your own phone number to get prompted and continue with the process.
3. Follow the instructions from the automated voice assistant to finish resetting your Voicemail password.
