Voicemail problem

I get an error message when trying to access my voice mail. It says: "Error performing request Unknown Error" with the message at the bottom saying "Dismiss". This has been going on for a few days.

Could you be out of outgoing minutes (if on a minute limited plan)?

Try holding "1" and see if you can access it.

Also, try dialing 1-(your area code)-580-4001 to access your voicemail.

Did you try to call one of voice mail numbers from other phone?

Is this issue recent and were you able ever to access your voice mail before?

@Tricia27 What do you dial to get to voicemail? Have you tried dialing your own number from your phone?
