voice messages are being left, but when I go to retrieve messages, it says not messages. Started 2-3 weeks ago.

1 - Restart your phone, does that help?
2 - You may also try to perform a Reset of your device's Network Settings.
This also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings that you've used before.
Iphone:
To Reset Network Settings, begin by opening the Settings app. Next, tap General -> Transfer or Reset iPhone -> Reset -> Reset Network Settings. and enter your passcode.
Your iPhone will reset network settings and restart itself.
android:
Find and tap Settings > System > Advanced > Reset options > Reset network settings.
3 - Delete your voicemail contact from your contact app on your phone and readd it.

This was brought up by another PM customer. I just checked mine this evening and it seems to be working properly. Probably best to connect with an agent to see if they can find the source of your issue.
