Hi, I received the email, it said Order is on the way on Mar.21, but today is Mar.29, I still don't receive the SIM card, and it didn't give me the tracking number.

@Sarahwon616 - If take more than 10 business submit a ticket with CSA to check the status.

CCS is much quicker of if you need it immediately and can't wait any longer you can go to several locations and buy one in person, their is a map on the website to show you locations near you. Then you can get a credit for the other sim once you connect with an agent.
