As someone who works in healthcare administration, I recommend against doing something like this because many places like hospitals don't have the capacity or even the ability to text you and if they can't leave you a voicemail may end up cancelling appointments

@Pete63 - Turn on Extended Absence. That will not allow phone calls to go through to voicemail, but with a message. Tell them that to text me if you want to get ahold of me. How to do it:
- Call voicemail (587-580-4001) type in your PIN if you have one enabled for your voicemail even when calling from your phone.
- Press 3 to manage greetings
- Press 4 to enter the extended absence menu
- Record your message
- When done recording the message, press 5 to disable callers from leaving a message to your voicemail
If you were asking if you can block specific ones from making a voicemail - you cannot.

There's NO way @Pete63
An option is to change your number, which users can do up to 4 times per cycle.
Recommend just letting it go to voicemail and not answering.
