If you people would stop saying my credit card doesn't work when there is absolutely nothing wrong with them we wouldn't have a problem. This so you don't have to payout the little discounts????

Good thought...there has been chronic problems with some Autopay processes over the last couple years. Not everyone...but enough to see that the Autopay process could be improved / tweeked.

But they're partially correct...alot of issues are customer problems with expired cards, misspelled names or addresses...etc

This sounds like a message you are getting when you are trying to enter your credit card info.?

What error are you receiving?

"We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and Visa Debit cards that have been issued by Canadian or American financial institutions and are associated with addresses in Canada or the U.S. If you are using a payment card, leave the apartment/suite number in the payment information section blank."

@garywaynej   Just make sure your Visa hasn't expired and may need to be updated, also ensure the name/address match exactly your statement address when registering the CC. Leave the apt# blank and no spaces for the postal code.

Make sure to use incognito mode on clean browser having cleared your cache/cookies when entering this information.
