I am trying to transfer my number from Virgin Plus to PM and have completed the request twice and have not received any text message or response. I have had the SIM card for two weeks now and cannot use it. Virgin Plus does not come up on the list of providers, so is that the issue? There is Virgin Prepaid, and Virgin Postpaid but no Virgin Plus. I tried both ways and get NOTHING! 

This is swing #3 if it doesn't work I'm out!

I put the PM SIM card in and I have data, I can send and receive email, I can navigate the internet, but I have no network for phone or text.

Where is the "inbox"?

@Curlay That makes a huge difference. Check your inbox, I'll send you a number to call for porting help. They should be able to sort it out.

The Virgin Plus SIM is still working, but the idea was to send them packing! Every month they try to jack the price up. If I don't fight with them on the phone, waisting time, I get dinged! I'm going to put the PM card in and see what happens, but I'm not changing my phone number. Not even for a moment!

 The only thing I get from this is the blue circle. Round and round it goes, where it stops nobody knows!😂🤣😂

@Curlay What happens when your PM sim is inserted instead? If the answer is nothing, it sounds like something went horribly wrong if both services don't work. Follow advice provided by @Chalupa_Batman

@Curlay Where is your Virgin sim card? You need it to receive the port request authorization from Virgin.
