Very delayed at receiving texts

Just set up my mom on PB and was just testing a few things. Recving a text on my phone is instant however on her phone, recieving a text takes a few mins. Very very delayed. I tried the native app and Textra and still the same problem. Everything else seems to be working fine.

I waited an hour and rebooted the phone and it seems to be better. Hopefully it stays that way 🙂

Does she have the same phone you do?
Different devices can have different delays.

There can be additional factors as well, you could try to power cycle her phone.
