I purchased an eSIM and couldn’t get it to work on my iPhone. Then I purchased a physical sim and now I can’t get it to work because I can’t get the verification code @CS_Agent

tagging CS agent won't help, they don't usually monitor the Community

To change from eSIM to physical sim, you have to ask them to update the sim card number on the system.

you need PM to update the sim card number for you
