you can at max have the hold for 90 days, better to resume around 85 days.
the hold will start from the last day of your current cycle. Just login My Account to disable Autopay. Go to Payment > Managed Subscription and disable Subscribed
When you are ready to resume service, login My Account and make a payment to resume, and remember to turn on Autopay
