you need to have 20 points to redeem $20 bill credit at a time. Since it takes around 2 days for PM to deposit the credit, make sure you redeem it at least 3 days before your renewal
you can login to Rewards portal ( https://myrewards.publicmobile.ca/ ) and go to Catalogue and choose the Bill Credit and redeem. PM will add the credit in your My Account within 48 hours. PM will first use the credit towards your bill and charge your credit card for outstanding balance.
